Guardian Nursing Agency supports eligible veterans with DVA home care services, including Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) in approved regions and DVA Community Nursing where GNA is contracted. Our in-home support is focused on independence, safety and dignity.

The DVA Gold Card covers all health conditions, whether or not they're related to your service. You have access to the full range of DVA health services.
The DVA White Card covers conditions accepted as service-related. You can access DVA services specifically for these accepted conditions.

Guardian Nursing Agency is currently listed as a Veterans’ Home Care provider in selected DVA regions, including multiple regions in WA and selected NSW regions. GNA is also listed on the current DVA Community Nursing provider panel in WA. Service availability depends on your location, DVA eligibility and approved care.
It depends on the program. Current VHC co-payments are $5 per hour for Domestic Assistance, Personal Care and Home and Garden Maintenance, with maximum contribution limits. VHC Respite Care has no co-payment. If you are eligible for DVA Community Nursing, DVA funds services delivered by a contracted provider with no client cost.
The Veteran Card – All Conditions, commonly called the Gold Card, provides clinically required treatment in Australia for all medical conditions. The Veteran Card – Specific Conditions, commonly called the White Card, covers eligible conditions such as accepted service-related conditions and other treatment where the card holder qualifies.

Potentially, yes. Eligible people can receive DVA programs and Support at Home at the same time where the services do not overlap or duplicate each other. Which program funds each service should be determined according to your circumstances and approved supports.
